Eligibility and Qualifications.

To be eligible for the Odisha Police Constable Civil Recruitment, all applicants must meet certain criteria set out by the Odisha Police Department. These include educational qualifications and age limits. Applicants must have passed their 12th Standard or equivalent from a recognized board of education and must fall within the age group of 18-25 years in order to apply.

Educational Qualification: The candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination or equivalent examination conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha, or any recognized Board.

AGE-18 to 23 years of age as of 01-01-2022. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years to the candidates belonging to the category of SC/ST/SEBC/Women.

Pay Scale: The scale of Pay of Constables is the Level of the pay matrix in the scale of Pay Rs.21,700-Rs.69,100/-

Exam Syllabus and Pattern.

  3. This examination will be conducted in an offline format with both objective and subjective questions.
  4. The duration of this exam is 2 hours and each question carries one mark with a total of 80 marks. Candidates will receive question papers along with answer sheets at the time of the examination which should be returned after completion.
