Indian Army SSC Recruitment 2024:

An Indian Army recruitment notification has been issued for admission under the Special Entry Scheme. Through the Indian Army SSC Recruitment, officials invite applications for admission to the SSC 57th Course, April 2025, for granting Short Service Commission NT for men and women, including wards of battle casualties of Army personnel.

Indian Army SSC Recruitment 2024 Educational Qualification:

• For NCC ‘C’ Certificate Holders: A degree from a recognized university or equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks. Candidates in their final year can also apply if they have secured at least 50% aggregate marks in the first two/three years of the degree course, respectively.
• For Wards of Battle Casualties: A degree from a recognized university or equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks. NCC ‘C’ certificate is not required for these candidates.

Indian Army SSC Recruitment 2024 Age Limit:

• Minimum Age of the Candidates: 19 Years
• Maximum Age of the Candidates: 25 Years

Indian Army SSC Recruitment 2024 Selection Process:

The selection process for the Indian Army SSC Recruitment involves multiple stages to ensure that only the most suitable candidates are chosen. The stages include:

• Shortlisting of Applications: Integrated Headquarters of Ministry of Defence (Army) reserves the right for shortlisting of applications, without assigning any reason. After shortlisting of applications, the Centre allotment will be intimated to candidates via their email. After allotment of Selection Centre, candidates will have to log in to the website and select their SSB dates which are available on a first come first serve basis initially. Thereafter, it will be allotted by the Selection Centres. The option to select the dates for SSB by candidates may be forfeited due to occurrence of any exceptional circumstance/events.
• SSB Interview: Shortlisted candidates will undergo a two-stage selection process at the SSB Interview. Candidates who clear Stage I will proceed to Stage II.
• Medical Examination: Candidates who pass the SSB Interview will undergo a medical examination to ensure they meet the required medical standards.
