Candidates should have the following Educational Qualifications for the above Executive Post Vacancies in NALCO Recruitment 2024:

Executive Director (H&A): Degree in any discipline is essential. Recognized PG Diploma in Personnel Management / Labour Welfare / Industrial Relations / Management / Behavioral Science / Trg. & Development / HRD / HRM (duration of not less than 2 years or full-time regular course of 1 year) OR MBA with specialization in PM / IR / HRD / HRM (Duration of not less than 2 years) OR PG Diploma in Social Welfare (IISW, Cal) is desirable.

Group General Manager (H&A): Degree in any discipline is essential. Group General Manager (Mining): Degree or equivalent Diploma in Mining Engineering & First-Class Metalliferous Mines Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted / Restricted).

NALCO Recruitment 2024 Age Limit:

• For Executive Director Posts: 24 – 56 Years
• For Group General Manager Posts: 23 – 56 Years
• For General Manager Posts: 20 – 56 Years

NALCO Recruitment 2024 Selection Process:
