State Bank of India released the SBI SO Notification 2024 on 18th July 2024 regarding 1040 posts that were vacant for Specialist Cadre Officers in various branches of State Bank of India. Online applications for SBI SO Vacancy started on 19th July 2024 and will be available till 8th August 2024 on www.sbi.co.in. SBI SO Recruitment 2024 Vacancy Details:

The State Bank of India has introduced 1040 Specialist Cadre vacancies, out of which 833 will be regular while the remaining 207 will be for backlog vacancies. Posts to be engaged this year include VP-Wealth, Investment Specialist, Investment Officer, Relationship Manager - Team Lead, Central Research Team, Project Development Manager, and Regional Head. SBI SO Recruitment 2024 Educational Qualification:

• VP Wealth: Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution.

Preferred: MBA (Banking/Finance/Marketing) with 60% from recognized University or Institution.

• Relationship Manager: Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution.
• Investment Specialist: i. MBA/PGDM/PGDBM from recognized College/University or CA/CFA

ii. Certification by NISM 21A (Valid)

Preferred: CA/CFP/NISM Investment Advisor / Research Analyst Certificate.

• Investment Officer: i. MBA/PGDM/PGDBM from recognized College/University or CA/CFA

SBI SO Recruitment 2024 Age Limit:

• Minimum Age of the Candidates: 26 Years
• Maximum Age of the Candidates: 50 Years

SBI SO Recruitment 2024 Selection Process:

The selection will be based on shortlisting and interview-cum-CTC negotiations.

• Shortlisting: Mere fulfilling minimum qualification and experience will not vest any right in candidate for being called for interview. The shortlisting committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank, will be shortlisted for interview. The decision of the Bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. The shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
• Interview-cum-CTC Negotiation: Interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in interview will be decided by the Bank. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. CTC Negotiation will be done one-by-one at the time of Interview, with the candidates.
• Merit list: Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order based on scores obtained in interview only. In case more than one candidate scores the cut-off marks (common marks at cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in the merit list.
